Random Review Tuesday: Crystal Light Pure Fitness

Since deciding to cut out all soda and embrace water as my new best friend I have started looking at drinking in a whole new light. I am told you should drink half your body weight in water each day. For me that totals up to over 100 ounces of water. I have never been a big water drinker so this has been a challenge to me. I used to drink Crystal Light (a long time ago) but I hated the after taste from the aspartame. Now since starting my journey into a healthier lifestyle I have realized that aspartame is not good for you at all.

Crystal Light Pure Fitness is the first nationally-available, low-calorie fitness beverage mix with no artificial flavors, preservatives or sweeteners and colored with natural ingredients. With only 15 calories per serving, it’s sweetened with evaporated cane juice and TruviaTM, an all-natural, calorie-free sweetener derived from the stevia plant, and it’s colored and flavored with natural ingredients. Pure Fitness also contains electrolytes to aid hydration during light physical activity, making it a great fitness partner. Each packet will transform a 16.9-ounce bottle or cup of water into a light, refreshing beverage in any one of three flavors – Lemon Lime, Strawberry Kiwi or Grape.

I am absolutely in love with this new Crystal Light Pure Fitness. I still get my water counts each day, yet I don't feel like I am only drinking water. I think Grape is my favorite flavor though I like them all. I was nervous to try the Lemon Lime, I am not a fan usually, but it actually reminds me of a lemonade. For me this is a complete win win situation!
