I have decided in addition to participating in Mamavation I am going to participate in The Fat Fling 2010. Every Monday a new challenge will be posted that I will have to tackle. The challenges won't be hard, they will be designed to get make us think about how to use the Wii Fit efficiently, safely and making the perfect workout that we can fit in your schedule every day. I will post updates on here every Friday
So I am supposed to tell you more about me. Well if you have been reading my Mamavation posts this will be a little redundant but none the less here we go! I am currently at 213 (thanks to mamavation down from 222) and 5'8. That makes me obese! I bought the Wii Fit in March and have been pretty good at using although I don't use it every day. I also work out on the EA Active and am trying my hand at 30 Day Shred.
A mere 5 years ago I weighed in at 325 and was the heaviest I had been in my entire life! This process has been long with alot of breaks in between. I am determined to change my life.. not just for me but for my two boys and husband! I have pretty much cut out all soda (which is the hardest thing I have really ever done that was voluntary). I am eating roughly 1500 calories a day and most days the boys and I go walk 2 miles around out city park.
1. Lose 8 pounds, making my weight 205. 2. Work out on the Wii Fit for 1 hour a day, EVERY DAY. 3. Inspire at least one person to begin to change their lifestyle to a healthier one. |

I've been following #mamavation on twitter, and am a member of the ning group...I just haven't jumped in yet cause I've been busy planning this challenge.
I want to get the Jillian Fitness Ultimatum 2010 for Wii. I guess that's supposed to be challenging.
