Mamavation Monday: Week TWO

Okay so this is my second week post. This last week was easier and harder all at the same time for me. My son turned four (well his birthday is the 12th but celebrated this weekend) and we had a pizza party at the bowling alley. It was also Easter weekend and we do both a HUGE breakfast and dinner. I over ate at both meals though I feel I did GREAT at the birthday party. I only ate one piece of pizza and half a cupcake.

I did eat at Wendy's this week once but that is all I ate out. I got the grilled chicken sandwich (so at least I tried to be healthy cautious. I have slipped up once and drank a Diet Coke... otherwise no soda all week! WOW can I say how impressed with myself on that one I am. (Don't ask how many times I have bite someone's head off though) I have not done good at working out and I invite every single one of my readers to bitch post me a good butt chewing.

I have drank my 80 ounces plus some every day this last week! I am so happy since I never drank water before! I have joined my towns Walk and get fit program. It is one month of walking and exercising where I keep track and then you can win prizes. We all walked 1/4 mile today. I am planning on walking the one mile trail at our park every evening. This program is month long and maybe this will help me get my behind in gear.

Okay so no I did not make it to be a finalist of Mamavation, but I did get into the Sistahood! Also just because I did not make it to being a mamavation mom I will still be trying to loose this weight. I am going to push my self doing the 'Move It & Lose It' Challenge Sponsored by Earth Footwear. I really could have used the treadmill and would have loved the EA SPORTS Active and EA SPORTS Active More Workouts. (If anyone wants to send them to me... don't wait email me now!) The neat thing is if I work really hard and lose weight like I would if I had made it to be a Momavation Mom; then I could win some great shoes and more. Also don't count me out I will apply again next campaign! Okay so here is a look at my stat. Next week I will be adding picture and measurements! (I am scared!)

  • Weight: 220 (-2)
  • Height:  5'8
  • BMI:    33.4 (- 0.4)

Current Goals:

SHORT TERM~
  • Drink 80 ounces of water a day
  • Work out on the Wii Fit for 15 minutes daily
  • Don't eat after 7 pm
  • No soda drinking
LONG TERM~ 
  • Weigh 150 pounds
  • No soda drinking
  • Work out 60 min daily 
  • BMI 22.8
