Yes you seen that right I went to Subway! I must say after looking at the nutrition labels alot more carefully since starting this journey I realized if I cut out some small things I could treat myself every now and then. I got the foot long (half for lunch today and half tomorrow) Oven Roasted Chicken Breast on the 9 grain wheat bread. I did get one slice of cheese versus 2, lettuce, tomato, pickles, cucumbers, bell peppers, and a few peppers. I then had them put about one teaspoon of honey mustard and sweet onion (both are fat free). I enjoyed it more then I ever have I guess since I knew I was making healthier choices!
I am so happy with my progress and I know I could not have done this without the support of the Mamavation sistas. Want to know more about being apart of Mamavation? Head over here and read all about it. Just us tonight and you could win some great prizes plus you get to meet the Mamavation Mom Finalists.

ReplyDeleteMmmm -- I ADORE an oven roasted chicken breast from Subway! That's the only thing I EVER get from there!
ReplyDeleteYour before pictures are NOT scary! Congrats on putting them up -- I know it's intimidating to do that (which is. . . um. . . there are no pics of ME yet on my blog!)
Good luck with your goals (and the Move It/Lose It contest) this week!!!

WTG! You're moving in the right direction! Congrats on the weight loss and stay strong!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your progress! You are doing great. When I first started my journey a year ago I would say how much I lost but it took me almost 6 months before I actually admitted online what my starting weight was. It is such a hard thing putting it out there....so great job!
ReplyDeleteGreat job, putting it all out there. That is a brave thing to do and you have my respect. Good luck to you, your progress is wonderful.
ReplyDeleteGood for you for entering the challenge! I'm very excited to watch your progress! XXOO
ReplyDeleteMy favorite Subway sub is the Oven Roasted Chicken Breast on the 9 grain wheat bread! You're doing great! I also try not to eat at night but I dont eat anything after 8. Hope you have a great week!
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comment! I just have to remember baby steps as I want it all and then I fail! I'm still too embarrassed to put my stats on :(
ReplyDeleteWay to go on your progress! I'm so proud of you for not drinking soda this week. I haven't drink soda in years! Keep up the good work, girl! ---@ImAHotMom
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like you are doing fabulously! I fell off the 'tracking my food & exercise' wagon a while ago and I now realize how important it is to get back on...it really keeps me focused and aware of what I am consuming and how I am treating my body. You are doing great!
