Mamavation Monday: Week THREE

Okay so this week is week one for me in a new challenge, "Move It & Lose It" Challenge sponsored by Earth Footwear. The applicant that loses the highest percentage of body weight during the seven week campaign will win $500 and a pair of shoes. The second place winner will also win a pair of shoes. Yes you seen that right I went to Subway! I must say after looking at the nutrition labels alot more carefully since starting this journey I realized if I cut out some small things I could treat myself every now and then. I got the foot long (half for lunch today and half tomorrow) Oven Roasted Chicken Breast on the 9 grain wheat bread. I did get one slice of cheese versus 2, lettuce, tomato, pickles, cucumbers, bell peppers, and a few peppers. I then had them put about one teaspoon of honey mustard and sweet onion (both are fat free). I enjoyed it more then I ever have I guess since I knew I was making healthier choices!

I am so happy with my progress and I know I could not have done this without the support of the Mamavation sistas. Want to know more about being apart of Mamavation? Head over here and read all about it. Just us tonight and you could win some great prizes plus you get to meet the Mamavation Mom Finalists.
