I have two children and I have no idea any longer what me time is. IS it those few moments in the shower or while rushing to get that last swallow of coffee before I dash off in the morning? What I have noticed since having children is that my precious time often involves them... than when it is bed time my head never stops running.
Me Time, Positive Day-Peaceful Night, worked great as that wind down at night as I was falling asleep. I will be honest it would make me so relaxed more times then not I did not listen to the whole cd. This is great! I would wake up refreshed and with a greater alert.
