Okay so I have joined a group of women who are all on the same page. We are all mom's trying to lose weight together. I have struggled since I was out of High School with my weight. I went from my heaviest, when I was married to my first husband, which was 300 plus pounds. After we divorced I decided I was going to focus on myself and get back into shape. I lost right around 100 pounds and now I am stuck! So every Monday I will be writing a Mamavation post and hope some of my readers will join me.

ReplyDeleteMy workout revolves around the Wii Fit at the moment, too, particularly the yoga :D Though I haven't been very good the last few days.

OMG, you are amazing! You have lost about 100 lbs?!! I'm impressed. Tell me what you used to do it with on twitter (@bookieboo). I'm so interested to see what worked for you before. Plus, I'll add you to my "Big Losers" list. XXOO
ReplyDeleteWow! Congrats on your weight loss. That is amazing. Keep working with the Wii Fit, I did that for the first 30 days of my weight loss program and had incredible results. Also adjusting your water and fruits and veggies intake will help too.
ReplyDeleteWow You are a super star!!!!! I'm on week one with Mamavation too. Looking forward to reaching our goals together :)
